  1. EXCELLENT!!! What a great conversation… especially about the food on the cruise. We cannot separate our diet from who we are in every day life. It is learning to handle each situation as it arises. I got a lot out of this. Thanks, sweet people!!!

  2. Hi Jimmy. Seeing this is fun filled Friday, is it ok to speak off topic? This morning I put some lemon pulp in my green tea. It didn’t taste sour at all. Hoping this keeps me cold free this winter. Cheers from the land down under.

  3. So this is what you guys were doing while I was climbing Dunn’s River Falls. Very cool! Great show everyone! You made great points about “cruise/vacation and your regular low carb life… and getting back on plan”. I personally can’t get away with eating real sugar without paying for it afterwards… but everyone is different. I have noticed I can eat a bite or two and not have dire effects… but I know as Jimmy has said on a previous blog or YouTube clip it’s “rat poison” and why would I want to eat that? πŸ˜›

After 7 years of eating this way I do the best I can & control what I can and don’t sweat the small stuff. I’d say that’s sage advice for life in general.
