Welcome to the premiere episode of Low-Carb Conversations With Jimmy Moore & Friends, featuring your fabulous low-carb co-hosts, Jimmy Moore and Mindy Noxon Iannotti!

In today’s introductory chat, listen in for a lot of silliness and smiles as our hosts describe what the show will be about and how and why they decided to create this wonderful, oddball venue where everyone just sits down on our Virtual Porch, grabs a sugar-free iced tea or cup of coffee and let’s talk about walking the path of low-carb, Paleo dieting, real food enthusiasm and general insanity! We welcome you to join in on the conversation.

So, come on up, push that cat off the chair, and have a seat as we get into it every single Friday right here at “Low-Carb Conversations With Jimmy Moore & Friends.”

Great new show,Mindy my wife and i are doing it by ourselves too .We will do it with u.

    • Welcome to low-carb living Val!

      • Val

ty we are doing our best to get this message out ….we will never surrender!!!!lol>> i don’t know about my blood work or what it would be like but I’m sure it’s better than the expectations of today with all the carb eating. I havn’t had it tested since it was perfect the last time i got it checked.. Hmm…Which incidently is about six months after i went low carb.Let the blood work speak for itself. But I ask myself the question. My gums are the best they have been since i was in my 30’s and the fungus on big toes is reducing after 20 years of fughting with it short of taking oral Lamai\sil which was not recommended by my doctor and trying and including all sorts of cures without cutting them off altogether. That’s my rant for today

    • Hey, that’s great! The more the merrier! Thanks for listening.

  • Bev

Great introduction to your new podcast- looking forward to them all! Thanks!

    • THANKS Bev! The guest “friends” will make it all worth it!

    • Thanks for listening, Bev!!

  • I couldn’t find this podcast in iTunes. Will it be available there soon? Or am I just not looking in the right spot? Thanks.

    • It will be available on iTunes in about three weeks, Vesna. Our producer wants there to be a few episodes ready to listen to when it hits iTunes for the greatest impact. Makes sense.

  • Val

OK maybe i didn’t post this in the right place. What happened to The Dr Oz/Gary Taubes interview .Seems its no longer available.Did the Oz people think Taubes did a number on Oz to undermine his his(Oz’s)credibility

    • The producers yanked it from YouTube unannounced because of all the flack they’ve been receiving about how poorly Oz treated Gary. Crying shame.

      • Val, the episodes are still (for now, anyway) available through the Dr. Oz website, but not on YouTube. You can find links to the three parts, plus the “web-exclusive” bit on exercise, at lowcarbarama.com.

        • Hopefully they don’t yank those anytime soon.

  • Lisa

Enjoyed the first edition and look forward to more!

    • THANKS for listening Lisa! They’re gonna get better and better as we invite in exciting “Friends” to join us each and every week. 😀

  • Sonya

This is gonna be a fun podcast! Thanks, you two. Looking forward to more. 😀

  • Ann
