    I really enjoyed this episode. It is very reassuring to listen to this podcast weekly and hear credible sources that have similar opinions to my own. I enjoyed hearing about how eating too LITTLE salt can increase your risk of heart disease. As a student in dietetics, I am constantly hearing about how lowering your sodium intake is one of the best things you can do for your diet. Besides the topic of sodium, this podcast covers current research in many more areas of health. It is very reassuring to hear about current research and its results. Thank you for an hour every week to be encouraged to continue eating paleo and ketogenic!
