Kim’s Keto Pancakes
3 large eggs
1/3 cup pure full fat unsweetened coconut milk
1 tbsp. coconut oil
1 tsp. Stevia
1 tsp. vanilla
¼ tsp. apple cider vinegar
1 ½ c. almond flour
½ tsp. baking soda
¼ tsp. salt
Mix ingredients together and pour into hot buttered skillet. ENJOY!
