NEW ANTI-SODA PSA SPOOFS CLASSIC COKE AD

“In Perfect Harmony”… and no Sugary Drinks!
In today’s episode, our co-hosts Jimmy Moore and Dietitian Cassie are joined by Registered dietitian, personal trainer, Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner, speaker, and author Debbie Silber from “The Mojo Coach” and a wellness coach from Australia living in the Philippines named Chad Davis from “Primed For Your Life.” Listen to Jimmy and Cassie banter at the beginning about Cassie’s trip to California this week and the half-marathon she didn’t train for but still ran in with her pre-race healthy real food fuel up as well as some bacon along the way during the race and Jimmy’s expose of the new Smart Balance dairy free butter he shared on Instagram here, here, here, and here.

IS WF’S RESPONSIBLY GROWN PROGRAM HURTING ORGANIC FARMERS?

Organic Farmers Object to Whole Foods Rating System
Listen in as Jimmy, Cassie, Debi, and Chad share about a new anti-sugar health spin on the classic Coca-Cola commercial “In Perfect Harmony,” a column by a dietitian sharing why you need to be eating more carbs this summer, a baker who completely dismisses gluten-free and low-carb diets as “crazy” (shocking, I know!), new research that claims you should wait an hour before consuming coffee in the morning to time the caffeine appropriately, the controversial new Responsibly Grown program at Whole Foods that lowers the standards for what “organic” means, and all of the things that happen to your body when you give up drinking diet soda (with Jimmy sharing his personal experience and tips for getting off diet soda for good). Plus, don’t miss the recipe time for some amazing dishes to tickle your tastebuds. Now all you have to do is pull up a chair, grab a cup of coffee and let’s talk!

Are the podcasts transcribed somewhere? I find it much better to read things at my own pace than to listen to the audio version 🙂

    • LLVLCBlog

I’d love to have transcripts of the podcasts, but that is very expensive. Ideally it’d be great. Unfortunately we do not have the resources to pay for this. Hopefully we can at some point. THANK YOU!

“diabetic foods” are a ridiculous marketing scam. Unfortunately, diabetic diets and food trays prescribed in hospitals are even worse.
